Text: "State of Texas, County of Webb. To the Sheriff or any legal officer of the county, greetings. You are hereby commanded to assert W. Johnston if to be found in your county and bring him before me at my office in the city of Laredo forthwith to answer the complint [sic] of Miguela Mendiola for abusing, insulting, and drawing a pis-tol on her at her own house in said Co. Herein fail not, and make due return of the warrant and how you have executed the same."
