pus Christi High School of 1941,
is also a graduate of John Sealy
College of Nursing in Galveston,

University of Texas Medical Col-
lege of Galveston, Texas, and has
recently returned from the Pacific
Theatre of War.

Two new members, Billie Gayle
Weiss and Nancy Hooks, joined the
Blue Bonnet Blue Birds at their
meeting Tuesday afternoon at city
clubroom. During work period, the
girls made 200 paper napkins of
bluebird design for future use, and
then several games were played.
Ann Miller acted as hostess to
the 17 present, serving punch and
chocolate cake with Hallowe’en nap-
kins. Mrs. J. B. Miller, guardian,
and Mrs. W. B. Hood, assistant
guardian, attended.
A. J. Hein of Bayside and Miss
Lorene Dison of Jacksonville,
Tdxas, were united in the holy bond
^ of matrimony October 17, 1945,
with Rev. Peoples reading the rites.
The young couple intend to make
Bayside their home.

tioned at Sheppard Field at Witch-
ita Falls, has been discharged af-

per, are visiting relatives and
friends. J. C. has just returned

served 22 months.
