week end with friends and rela-
tives here.
Jack Spangler visited his sister,
Mrs. Coy McMillan, in Lubbock
Sunday.

ACCIDENT CAUBBB
BROKEN HIP
Mrs. Conner was taken to the
Graham hospital Tuesday after-
noon where she is bAng treated
for a fractured hip.
Mrs. Conner, mother of Mrs. M.
N. Pritchard, fell at the home of
Mrs. Pritchard at 600 East St.
about two o’clock Tuesday after-
noon. Reports from the hospital
today are that she is resting fairly
well.

erine Tice were hostesses to the
Philathea Class of the Sunday
8chool of the First Baptist Church
for the regular monthly business
meeting Tuesday night at the

To Eunice Camilla Malherbe,
Greeting:
You are commanded to appear
and answer the plaintiff’s petition
st or before 10 o’clock a. m. of
the first Monday alter the expira-
tion of 42 days from the date of
issuance of this Citation, the same
beinv Monday the 30th day of
March, A. D. 1042, at or before
10 o’clock a. m., before the Hon-
orable District Court of Young
Connty, at the Court House in
Graham, Texas.
Said plaintiff’s petition was
filed on the 23 day of December,
1041.
The file number of said
being No. 10064.
Tht names of the parties in said
suit are: G. J. Malherbe as Plain-
tiff, and Eunice Camilla Malherbe
as Defendant.
The nature of said suit being
substantially as follows, to-wit:
Suit for divorce and partition
of property.
Plaintiff alleges that he and
defendant were legally married
on January 11th, 1929, and con-
tinued to live together as husband
and wife until about July 1st, 1930,
when they separated. That de-
fendant was unkind and cruel to
plaintiff and practiced a course of
harsh, cruel and tyrannical treat-
ment, refusing to live with him in
the United States and demanding
that he rt move to Lhgland and
that such of treatment worried
and harassed plaintiff and pro-
duced physical and mental suffer-
ing to such an extent that amount-
ed to cruel treatment. That there
was one child born to .the union
that lives -with deft ndant
land, and that the parties own cer-
tain community property, whifeh
is susceptable of being divided and
plaintiff prays for appointment of
commission to divide and partition
the same, and that on a final trial
he be given divorce from defend-
ant and thtir property be parti-
tioned.
Issued this the 11th dsy of Feb-
ruary, 1042.
Given under ray hand and sefcl'
of said Court, at office in Graham,
Texas, this the 11th day of Feb-
ruary, A. D. 1942.

their victory over Graham Tues-
day, piling up 17 points Perry
was the chief offensive weapon
for the Coyotes. Robbie Dee
Smith, who foult d out at the start |
of the last quarter, rang up 12
poiigs for the Coyotes, while Mc-
Clellan and Donald Orr made 7
points each for Graham.
Coach BiR-Allen’s Coyotes led'
all the way after the score had I
been tied 4-4 early in the first J
period.
The lead steadily gained to
eight points by half-time, 20-12,
and then after Graham aeored six
points quickly to come within four
points of the Pack the Wiehitans
starred hitting the basket with ex-
ceptional accuracy.
