First Baptist Church, Sunday, Mareh
15th, A. D. 1025, the Cki*» took note
of the death of Brother Gibbs. By a
unanimous vote of the Class, the under-
signed were requested to prepare a
tribute of respect, commemorative of
this life and death. Be it therefore
noted by the Men's Bible Class:
* First: Owen Huse Gibbs was born
r January T, 1849, and died March 14.
1925. He was married early In life to
Alice McCormick, whose death ante-
dated that of her husband. He left
two surviving daughters, Mrs. Leonu
Sturges and Mrs. - Winnie Blather-
wick lx>th of Comanche, Texas, and
two Sons, Henry and Barney of Brown
county, Texas.
