OF ELECTION
For the Issuance of
School Bonds
THE STATE OF TEXAS,
County of Wharton.
Notice is hereby given that!
an election will will be held on
the 3rd day of July, 1920, at'
School House in Common j
School District No. 32, of this
County, as established by o>*-
der of the Commissioner's'
Court of this County, of date
the 27th day of August, 1908,
which is recorded in Book G,
Page 361, of the minutes of
said Court, to determine whe-
ther a majority of the legally)
qualified property taxpaying
voters of that district desire
the issuance of bonds on the
faith and credit of said Com-
mon School District in the
amount of $12,000, the bonds
to be of the denomination of
$100.00 each, numbered con-
secutively from one to 120,
both inclusive, payable ser-
ially, $300.00 on April 10,
1922, and 300.00 on April 10,
of each and every year there-
after to and including the year
of 1961 with option of redemp-
tion after 10 years, and bear-
ing 5 per cent interest per an-
num, payable annually on Ap-
ril 10th of each year, to pro-
vide funds to be expended in
payment of accounts legally
contracted in constructing and
equipping a public free School
Building • of Brick Material,
and to determine whether the
Commissioner’s Court of this
County shall be authorized to
levy, assess and collect annual-
ly while said bonds or any of
them are outstanding, a tax
upon all taxable property with-
in said district sufficient to pay
the current interest on said
bonds and provide a sinking

County, of date the 12th day of
April, 1909, which is recorded
in Book G, pages 441, of the
M>nutes of said Court, to de-
termine whether a majority of
the legally qualified property
taxpaying voters of that dis-
rtict desire to tax themselves
for the purpose of supplement-
ing the State School Fund ap-
portioned to said district, and
to determine whether the Com-
missioner’s Cqjfrt of this Coun-
ty shall be authorized to levy,
assess and collect annually, a
tax. of, and at the rate of "not
to exceed 50-cents on the $100
valuation; of taxable property
in said district, for said pur-
pose.
