With the rtturn of Spiing
theie has come a ory very lazy
feeling known as the Spiing Fev-
er. We all havo it to a certain ex-
tent but too mnny are using it as
an excuse when thiir tiouble is
natural laziness Most noticeable
effects of this dilemma nic to be
seen on tho ACC track squad
They havo quit theli 10 mile jog-
ging and arc becoming content
with a mue five miles
And speaking of track we
might ment'on another of the
main handtenps to the Wildcat
tlilnlj-clads. Some coaches have
trouble getting their men out
but nut here the boys hae
been having toruble getting a
coach out. Since fishing season
closed a great change came a-
bout Wc not only got a coach
but we got two of them.
Coach Morris and Coach Belch-
er tell us that if their plans and
"deals" work out we should real-
ly have a track team next year.
Wo wouldn't be tho ones to let the
secret out but wc did find a piece
of paper with some names scratch-
ed on It that fell out of Coach
Belcher's pocket while he was jog-
ging his usual mile and a half the
other day. Wo couldn't help bat
notice them
As we said before we would-
n't mention names for the world
but the following words were
Inscribed on the paper: Ilrown
twinx Chrlsman Lovvom
North Ellis Davenport Trultt
Summers Simpson and Mc-
Bee. We also noticed a footnote:
"J. Eddie if he finds home
Oljmpic talent." Just ho this
is going to be arranged we
don't know. Mrs. Morris reports
she has been hearing Coach sav
"All tuition room and board.'
Mrs Morris rt ports that her
husband has been murmuring
those words In his nlec too
She is anxious to know what it
all means.
ACC shoul 1 be quito pioul
of a winning lclaj team that has

past three jears and will tiy it
again this week-end Wctk before
last they won the mile relay at
at Fat Stock Show setting a new
International record. Their timo
was ten flat (minutes)
This splendid relay Is com-
posed of four seniors. They are
as follows: Fish I'yatt Fish
Iteauman Fish Trapp and Fish
