If you neglect kidney backache,
Urinary troubles often follow.
Act in time by curing.the kidneys.
Doan’s Kidney Pills are especially for
weakened kidneys.
Many people in this locality recom-
mend them,
Here’s one case:
N. C. Lassiter, carpenter, Roekport,
Tex., says: “I have never had attacks of
backache and other kidney trouble for
some time. Often I am bothered by a
dull ache in the small of my back and
then my kidneys act irregularly. The
kidney secretions become too frequent in
passage and I have to get up several
times during the night. When one of
these attacks come on me I use Doan’s
Kidney Pills and they always remove the
pains in my back and regulate my kid-
neys.’’

The State of Texas—To the
Sheriff or any Constable of San
Patricio County—Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to
summon Pablo Martinez by mak-
ing publication of this citation
once in each week for four con-
secutive weeks previous to the re-
turn day hereof, in some newspa-
per published in your county, if
there be a newspaper pub-
lished therein but if y;not,

lished in the 36th Judicial District;

of the District court of San Patricio
county, Texas, to be held at the
court house thereof, in Sinton, Tex,
on the 3rd Monday of September,
A. D. 1918, the same being the
16th day of September A. D. 1918,
then and there to answer a peti-
tton filed in said court on the 26th
day of August, A. D, 1918, in a
suit numbered on the docket of said
court, No. 2,593, wherein Eulojia
Lopez Martinez is plaintiff, and
Pablo Martinez is defendant, and
the cause of action being alleged
as follows: That on or about the
17th day of February, 1913, in San
Patricio County, Texas, plaintiff
and defendant were legally mar-
ried, and continued to live together
as husband and wife, until about
the 1st day of January, 1915,
when the defendant voluntarily
abandoned plaintiff, and has been
so separated from plaintiff ever
since said date,, with the intention
of abandonment.
At the time of abandonment,
defendant expressly stated that it
was his intention to permanently
abandon plaintiff, that all domestic
and marital relations between
plaintiff and defendant have been
completely severed since that date,
and that defendant has been
wholly lost to plaintiff, she not
even knowing the whereabouts
of his residence.
Wherefore plaintiff prays judg-
ment of the Court dissolving her
said marriage with defendant, for
costs of suit and for such other
and further relief, at law or in
equity to which she may be justly
entitled.

day of the next term thereof, this
Writ, with your return thereon,
showing how you have executed
the same.
