The Indiana Fine Arts Diagnostic Achievement Testing program began in 1987 as a means to provide art teachers with new tools from which to measure student achievement in visual arts, music, theatre/creative drama and dance/creative movement. The Institute is excited to have E.A. Carmean, Director of the Ft. Worth Modern Art Museum, serve as chair of the committee. Their first scheduled meeting will be a luncheon on May 25, 1990 at the University Union. Included with the letter was a map of the University, showing their guests where they will be able to park the day of the meeting. The map is not present with the letter.

Description: A newspaper clipping, published by The Dallas Morning News, featuring an article on Edith and Peter O'Donnell. The O'Donnells were just honored the 64th Linz Award for their philanthropy in the arts, education, science and medicine in the Dallas area. As co-founded of Young Audiences of Greater Dallas, Edith O'Donnell brought the music, dance and theater programs to DISD and sixteen other school systems in the DFW area.
