Description: Photographic postcard with a woman standing outdoors holding her bonnet in her hands. The woman had her hair pulled up and wears glasses. Correspondence on the back reads, "Dear Sister I am sending you something for Jans cabbage patch. Bess and her [ ] took it out in the back yard. You can see I was dressed up. How are you, have looked for a letter. So long will write soon, again am working today. with love, Dollie. Tell Ollie to look." It is addressed to Mrs. Martha Parks, Granbury, Texas and is postmarked Springfield, Missouri on September 12, 1911.

"Arkansaw" Postcard

Description: Silly photographic postcard depicting two men seated in a carriage pulled by a mule. They are outside of a small log cabin that has signs on it reading, "Arkansaw Traveler Hotel" and "A Vacant Room Up Stairs". There are signs on the carriage reading, "Arkansaw Traveler", "Home or Bust" and "I don't know where I am going but I am on my way". Correspondence on the back reads, "1/26/22 I will be driving that way in a few days No use to walk when you can ride. J.P.
