There is a white "East National Bank" building in the background and a smaller building in the far right center of the picture. The photograph is secured in a textured brown folder. The folder has an ornate engraved oval on front cover, top left. When opened the folder encloses the photograph in a rectangular matte that has a line textured pattern followed by a stripe pattern around the perimeter of the photo.
