Description: Envelope has the following penciled on front: " [return address] Box 96 Fulshear Tx [center] Pictures John Mayes (?) A. P. George Richmond, Texas [the following is printed on envelope front but was probably added after photos were discovered] Photos ca 1920s". The envelope has a red postage stamp embossed on envelope which is partially torn but reads: United States 2 cents. Envelope is torn along right edge (to retrieve contents). This envelope contained six photographs which are accessions 2000.026.001a-g.

Description: Photograph of the First Baptist Church Ladies Group, Richmond, Texas. The group of eight ladies are all dressed in long sleeved outfits with hats (with the exception of woman in dark round collared dress in center). The woman on the far left is holding a book in her hands. Partial identification list and other information written in blue ink: "Mrs. Johnson Died June 22, 1933 [and] Fay Louis; Mrs. Jenks Adams July 66, Mrs. Slavin; Mrs. S. L. Cole; Mrs. L. C.
