Description: Agreement between Henri Castro in Paris, Ferdinand Louis Huth and Huth & Co. in Neufreystaedt, in which they set forth the terms of their joint venture. Namely, that Ferdinand Louis Huth will travel to Texas and conduct trade business there for at least two years. Signed by Hr.
