Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by F. I. Cornwall, concerning an interview with Wilbur Waldon Litchfield regarding a possible association between Jack Ruby and Lee Harvey Oswald. Cornwall states that Litchfield called claiming to have information that he saw Oswald in company with Ruby, and he came into the Special Service Bureau for an interview and polygraph test. In the opinion of Detective R. D. Lewis it was thought that Litchfield was being untruthful about the questions asked.
