Description: Report written by Bob K. Carroll to Chief J. E. Curry concerning the arrest of Lee Harvey Oswald. Carroll describes searching the Texas Theater for the suspect in the shooting of Officer J. D. Tippit and locating him on the lower floor. Lee Harvey Oswald was apprehended and taken from the theater, during which onlookers were shouting at him. Carroll then brought Oswald to the City Hall.
