[Pistol Range for Port Arthur Police]

Description: Photograph of an aerial view of a new pistol range for the Port Arthur Police Department at Spoilbank on Pleasure Pier. The range was modeled after a Federal Bureau of Investigation (F. B. I.) Practical Pistol Course in Quantico, Virginia.
