Everyone is facing the camera, and several people are smiling. The women and girls are all wearing simple cotton dresses, and the men are wearing trousers and collared shirts. There is handwriting on the back of the photograph that reads, "Westminster, Kerrville 1st. Presby. Conf.". There are also two stamps that read "712" and "THE FOX CO. San Antonio, Tex. JULY 1946".
