Description: Brick storefront, with curved corrugated metal awning. Three sets of double opening doors, with smaller glass panes above. "The Citizens State Bank" painted on one of the middle set of doors. Bill Stratton, age 6, and Newt Harris standing in and in front of right hand set of doors. [Company E. 359th Infantry Division listing, front page]

Description: A page from an unidentified document containing the portraits of 40 soldiers from the Company E. 359th Infantry division. These soldiers are displayed from the shoulders upward and appear to be wearing traditional WWI military uniforms. Many are posing as if at attention; however, some are smiling. Jett (Johnny, Jetty) Falls is featured on the fourth row and is the second portrait from the right, identified by the number 31. He is wearing a light colored military uniform and is posing as if at attention. Text below the portraits documents each soldier's name. Private Jett Falls name is listed in the second column, eleventh from the top, and his number is circled.

[Insurance Refund Notification Upon Death of Jett Falls]

Description: A letter written Mr. Soloman Falls of Paris, Texas informing him of his son's (Jett -- Johnny, Jetty --- Falls) insurance benefits upon his death. The letter was issued by the Treasury Department on May 3rd, 1920 and details the amount paid by Mr. Soloman towards Jett Falls War Risk Insurance, and the amount owed to him upon his son's death. The amount owed was determined to be $65.16, and the letter states that future payments will occur in the amount of $57.50 each month. The letter is typed, and was written by R. H. Hallett, the Assistant Director in charge of Compensation and Insurance Claims Division.
