There are rafters that surround the small, one-story building, and several workers are building the skeleton of a future completed roof. There is a row of windows at the side of the building, and it is raised from the ground on short stilts. The wide dirt road in the foreground travels across the front of the building as well as the two small houses next to it on the left-hand side. There is an automobile parked at the side of one of the houses. A handwritten note which reads, "Members Building Taylor Chapel" is inscribed below the image, and a typed caption that reads "The Brills" is visible underneath the writing.
