Description: Report on Officer's duties by C. W. Brown, in regards to the President's murder. Brown states that he was booking an arrested prisoner when he learned of the President's death, and proceeded to report to the Texas School Book Depository. Beck describes the preparations for the transfer of Oswald and lining up the police cars outside the basement. He states that he was helping direct a car back up closer to the basement when he heard a shot fired, and he went into the Jail Office to find Oswald lying on the floor.
