Memorandum addressed to Captain T. D. Tolleson of the Intelligence Division in Dallas, Texas. The memorandum states that an individual called the office and said that Joe Linthicum was seen drinking at a bar. At the time, Joe Linthicum said that he had worked for Jack Ruby for eight years.
