Description: Resolution by Texas councils of LULAC at the Regional Convention in Houston, Texas, January 29 and 30, 1949, to give a vote of thanks to the lawyers winning the case of Delgado vs. The Bastrop Independent School District which outlawed the Segregated Mexican School in Texas. The end of this letter contains a short handwritten note in pencil.
