Description: Poster advertisement of a baseball grand tournament to be played beginning August 25, 1940 at the Cleveland Diamond field, Houston, Texas. The tournament is offered by the "Aces Fours Recreational Club" called the Latin American Baseball tournament. The first team to play is Aztecas vs. Sugarland, starting at 10 a.m. ; the second team is Port Arthur vs. Southern Select playing at 1:45 p.m.; the third team is Galveston 'Blue Moon' vs. New Gulf Tigers, playing at 4:00 p.m. The entrance fee is 33 cents.

The man on top of the automobile with the dog is Steve Alfaro. The man in the background is Ruben Munguia, the owner of the Alamo Furniture shop. Mr. Francisco (Frank) Gabino sponsored the team for many years. They played in town and out of town.

Aurelio "Leo" Reynosa: "A tribute to great achievement"

Description: Flyer from Leo's Mexican Restaurant detailing the biography of founder Aurelio "Leo" Reynosa, who fought with revolutionary Pancho Villa as a young man. Reynosa later came to Houston, Texas and opened his diner in 1942. The image on the front is of Reynosa (on left) and a compatriot, both in military costume. The photograph was taken in 1914, when Reynosa was 14 or 15 years old.
