Description: Pressbook documenting art events in Abilene, Texas, from 1952 to 1953 with emphasis on those of the Texas Federation of Women's Clubs Sixth District. This pressbook includes a photograph of Miss A.M. Carpenter accepting the award of a painting for winning the 1952 Art Week prize. All awards and prizes were given to the Texas State Federation in Austin. A copy of the certificate of the award is included.
