The first picture, taken in 1957, is of a headstone for a person in the Ely family who was born September 27, 1887 and died April 13, 1903 in a cemetery with other headstones in the background. The second is of Julia Etta Ely Cook standing between two Ely family headstones in the Ely, Texas cemetery with other tombstones and trees in the background. The stone on the right is for F. M. Ely who was born November 20, 1854 and died July 13, 1904.
