Leonard Public Library
The Leonard Public Library is located on the northeast corner of the square in downtown Leonard, Texas, and provides free services to all residents living within the Fannin County area. The mission of the Leonard Public Library is to enhance the intellectual and recreational life of the population served by providing access to information, materials, and programs that expand intellectual, cultural, and artistic awareness.
