Museum of South Texas History
The Museum of South Texas History was founded in 1967 as the Hidalgo County Historical Museum. Located in the city of Edinburg, the museum features exhibits on the history of the Rio Grande Valley between South Texas and Northeastern Mexico. Its various materials highlight the rich heritage and blended culture of the region.
