Buildings are identified left to right as Gates Library, Administration Building, boys dormitory, girls dormitory, and the historic A. J. M. Vuylsteke House. In the background, there is a view of Port Arthur. The A. J. M. Vuylsteke House was constructed for the Vuylsteke family in 1905 by J. E. Alexander at a cost of $3,600. Mr. Vulysteke was the Dutch Consul in Port Arthur beginning in 1906.
