The Museum's mission is to connect with the past by engaging today’s visitor through personal perspectives of the Civil War and the American West, bringing to life two important time periods in the history of our nation. The Pearce Museum highlights the involvement of Texas during the Civil War and provides further access to its collection to the general public.
