Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum
About the Museum
The Research Center at the Museum contains a library and archives that gather published material, business and government records, personal papers, photographs and audio-visual material that represent the lives and works of Panhandle residents.
The Museum's collections support the educational mission of the university in addition to informing and educating visitors from around the world. Its collections in the fields of paleontology, ethnology, natural history, pioneer history, and art cover the region from its prehistory through the modern era.
