Rains County Public Library
Supporting the community of Emory and wider Rains County, the Rains County Public Library serves over 11,100 residents with adult and children's programs, computer services, video and media checkout, and interlibrary loan. The Rains County Library was awarded a Tocker Foundation grant to make its Rains County Leader freely accessible on The Portal to Texas History.
