Description: Photocopy of a letter from Vicki Rosenberg, the Getty Center, to Jack Davis and Bill McCarter, co-directors of NTIEVA, in regards to their fiscal year of 1995, FY95, funding for North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. Rosenberg states that the funding has been sent to Harold Williams, president of the J. Paul Getty Trust, for review yet being unaware of his schedule she cannot give them a specific notification date of the funding approvals or deny. Rosenberg thanks Davis and McCarter for the informative progress report and has made a series of comments and questions that she would like answered and returned no later than September 1, 1994.

Reynolds states the the Club initially wanted NTIEVA to develop an art program for the six branches of Fort Worth, however, the person in charge of the program has no real power to implement the art program and their program director is opposed to the idea in general. Reynolds writes that the participants of the seminars feel that an art program is important and they want to implement programs into their branches, but unsure if progress will be made.

Their first scheduled meeting will be a luncheon on May 25, 1990 at the University Union. Included with the letter was a map of the University, showing their guests where they will be able to park the day of the meeting. The map is not present with the letter.

Inviting Price to join Muhlert as a member of the Advisory committee for the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. Muhlert describes a moment where Price and Muhlert sat together in an introductory program on the Institute a year before.
