Engelhart explaining why the San Antonio chapter of The Links, Inc. will not participate in a conference hosted by the World Affairs Council of San Antonio. Although the chapter believes the council serves a critical purpose in focusing on international affairs, it regrets that it cannot give its full support to any discussion of international current affairs that does not address South Africa's policy of apartheid.
