[Handwritten Title Transfer from James Sellers to C. C. Paine, March 7, 1900]

Description: Document stating James Sellers of Centre Point in Kerr County has applied to lease land for $19.20; the table on the front outlines the section of land, and the company that James Sellers leased the land from. There is a handwritten statement on the back of the document that shows Sellers releasing his rights to the lease to C. C. Paine for $135; the second statement shows Paine releasing his rights to the lease to George L. Leigh for $135 as well. Also included is a small strip of paper with a statement that reads: "When remitting future payments, to guard against errors and insure prompt returns, please give the NAME of lessee and the application NUMBER."

Description: Deed prepared in accordance with the decision in favor of George M. Taylor vs. J. P. Campbell with the decision coming down on April 3, 1900 and a Decree of Sale "commanding [John Vann] to seize and sell the premises described in said Order of Sale."
