Description: Gus C. Garcia memorial fund resolution by LULAC Council No. 2 and LULAC Council No. 12 submitted to the 35th National Convention of LULAC. The document states that delegates at the convention voted to establish a scholarship fund in Gus C. Garcia's name. Oscar Laurel, Dr. Hector P. Garcia, Raul Cortez, Dr. George I. Sanchez, and John J. Herrera are listed as trustees of the fund. The resolution is typed on the back of Associated Federal Hotels stationery.
