Description: Letter from Juan Fernando de Palacio, Governor of Nuevo Santander, to Joseph Martinez de Soto Mayor, Alcalde de Laredo. Palacio acknowledges that he received the letters from de Soto Mayor concerning a woman who hanged herself, but the documents concerning the case should be kept in the Alcalde's file; de Palacio says that de Soto Mayor should continue raising funds for the Church.
