Description: Letter from Policarzo Martinez to the ayuntamiento in Laredo concerning increased Indian aggression. Martinez says that because of this, families on ranches are ordered to leave them and retreat into the city, unless there are at least 60 men present. Martinez also encourages taking defensive measures.
