Letter from Rabbi Newton J. Friedman to I. H. Kempner explaining that he had not received a response from Mr. Florence about the Hillel Building Fund campaign. He also notes that Mr. Mose Feld has accepted the co-chairmanship for Houston and had asked Mr. S. H. Fagadau to represent his area of Texas. Finally, he explains that he will write to Harry Caplan to arrange a meeting at the Baker Hotel.
