[Letter from Carlos E. Castañeda to John J. Herrera - 1944-08-01]

Description: Letter from Carlos E. Castañeda acknowledging John J. Herrera's letter from July 28th. Castañeda states that he will send a revised copy of a LULAC resolution and a copy of a speech he made in El Paso. He requests Herrera to tell whoever has complaints of discrimination in employment, classification, or promotion in Houston to write to Castañeda directly of their case, or to Herrera can forward them to Castañeda. Includes LULAC resolution titled, "One for all and all for one."
