Description: Copy of transcript for a letter from Brigadier General Thomas J. Rusk to Captain William E. Wallace ordering Wallace to move his company to De Leon's Rancho on Garcitas Creek where he will join Captain William H. Smith's company. Rusk also orders Wallace to arrest any men who attempt to desert the army.
