The handwritten message on the front of the postcard, signed V. M., says, "We are having a fine time. Going to Detroit this P.M. Crossed Lake Ontario yesterday going to Toronto. Mr. and Mrs. Nigh and Gordou stopped here, the twenty-ninth."
