Photograph of Bruce Monroe, who was active in the Dallas Gay Alliance in addition to many other founding LGBT organizations in and around Dallas. Monroe was also president of the Dallas Gay Alliance in the early 1990s after William Waybourn. It was during his tenure that the name changed to the Dallas Gay and Lesbian Alliance.
