Description: Letter from Arturo Vasquez, League of United Latin American Citizens Treasurer, to All Councils notifying them of delinquent and paid up Councils. "If your Council has not remit Dues, etc., please remit same as we don't have money in the Bank now." At the bottom of the letter, there is a note "TO ALL REGIONAL AND DISTRICT GOVERNORS" asking for them to assist Arturo in collecting debts due and recognizing only the Councils that have paid at the next meeting.

Description: Memorandum from The Links, Inc.'s Special Committee on Housing to their executive council, chapter presidents and members thanking them for returning survey forms about the possibility of purchasing property to house their national headquarters. The majority of respondents supported purchasing property in Washington D.C., but there was no consensus about funding sources. The Finance Committee has received the members' recommendations and will use them to inform their final decision about funding.
