BF-018: 11th Air Assault, Edited Workprint

Description: This film opens with then-Major General Harry Kinnard emerging from a Huey helicopter to deliver an update on the 11th Air Assault Division. The 11th was reactivated in 1963 to explore the feasibility of helicopter assault tactics for the U.S. Army. The film includes footage of several aircraft, including the UH-1 Iroquois and the H-13 Sioux. This is the workprint of the film, combining footage from the A- and B-rolls, referenced below. No sound.
