Description: Photograph of the Hall of State at the Texas State Fair grounds, taken from across a long pool of water with buildings on either side of it. The Hall of State is lit very brightly, so that the building itself (a long building with a short tower rising from the center) is barely visible and there are rays of light shining out in the night sky above it. On either side of the pool of water are buildings with the entrances standing out from the building, portico-style, and slightly illuminated by ground lights. Flagpoles line both sides of the pool, and, nearer to the Hall of State, the shadows of small trees are visible.
