Description: Letter from I. H. Kempner to Dr. Francis P. Gaines informing him that he is sending Dr. Gaines a pamphlet from the Texas Gulf Coast Historical Association that contains a letter from H. Kempner to General Custis Lee. Kempner says that the Historical Association has asked him to speak to them on "H.
