[Art Forum Pressbook, 1940-1941]

Description: Pressbook documenting art events in Abilene, Texas, from 1910 to 1941 with emphasis on those of the Texas Federation of Women's Clubs Sixth District. The title page of this book includes the membership and officers of the Forum Club and the Art Unit. A note on the Table of Contents page states that the "Clippings not arranged by above contents." Description: Letters between Dr. Meyer Bodansky and Dr. Ford K. Hick, dated August 20, 1940 and August 29, 1940. The second letter, which is from Dr. Hick, commends Dr. Bodansky on the book he published. The letter includes a table of research done by a Master's student who recently graduated and did his thesis over the topic. He informs Dr. Bodansky that the research has not been published. The first letter, which is a response from Dr. Bodansky, thanks Dr. Hick for his congratulations.
