[Release of Vendor's Lien from Allie H. Bonnell to E. B. Davis]

Description: Release of vendor's lien from Allie H. Bonnell to E. B. Davis from which the original lien conveyed to him real estate in Kerr County in the "L. A. Wyatt addition to the town of Center Point, Kerr County, Texas, and known as lots Nos. 9 and 11." The original vendor's lien was to secure the payment of $3,500 and E. B. Davis executed three promissory notes to be paid on January 1st of 1932, 1933, 1934; the end of the document states that he has fulfilled and paid the notes and Bonnell acknowledges that the her hold on the land and lien has extinguished.
