Description: Letter from Albert K. Epstein to Mr. R. K. Brodice informing him of the events that occurred at the olemargarine industry hearing on emargol, mono- and di-glycerides. He mentions how some members of the industry attempted to use the word "glycerinated fat" when defining oleomargarine and how there was some confusion as to the correct proportions for monoglycerides and diglycerides in oleomargarine products and some suspicion as to the true content of them.
