[Tarver Family Christmas Card, 1960]

Description: Christmas postcard from the Tarver family including a photo of the children on the left. There is a black-and-white illustration on the right depicting baby Jesus in the manger, sheep, an angel, and the star; the words "A Joyous Christmas" are written within the illustration. In the photograph, the two young boys are seated on a couch and are wearing dark pants, light shirts, and bowties; they are holding the arms of their little sister who is standing between them and is wearing a light-colored dress and shoes. They are, from left to right: John Arthur and Byron Lee on the couch, and Carol Lynn in the front. A handwritten note under the photograph says, "Wendell, Janie, Arthur, Byron & Lynn."

[Fishing rod]

Description: Fishing rod that has a long yellowish-white rod with five [Blank] attached with yellow and black [Blank]. The handle is green painted metal. The cork grip is missing, mostly likely rotted off. The reel is a cylinder shape and is silver in color. It has four thin bars separating the two flat ends of the reel, and one big bar, the spool in the center with cloth string wrapped around it. One side has a crank for winding the string. It has yellow handles that have been painted black.
