Description: Military payment certificate used by the United States military during the Vietnam War worth 10 cents. The front of the bill has an illustration of a submarine in the ocean and the serial number is printed in black ink on the left side. There is a note on the bill that reads: "For use only in United States military establishments by United States authorized personnel in accordance with applicable rules and regulations."
